Smite Ias Q

I searched all over, but I can't find the breakpoints for smite.

How many ias do you need to get fastest (6-frame) smite?

I have 37% on fanaticism, 32 on weapon.

So basically, any Grief PB combined with a level 4 fanat will hit max smite speed.

At least, that's what I got.
