New to classic - Question

Hey guys, I am new to classic so please don't flame me if this is a silly question.

My question is can you find rare amulets with like +2 paladin skills and 20% increased attack speed?

I have seen rare amulets in 09 and 1.1 on non ladder and people have said they have came from classic, but I don't know if they are bugged or if they are possibly to find?

Can somebody clear this up for me, thanks.

I don't think I have ever seen a amulet with IAS on it.
+2 pala or +2 any specific class can drop, but only from Hell Diablo or gambled by a level 86 or higher character. They can be rare or magic.

Personally, I don't know if it was ever possible to aquire amulets with IAS in classic.

It hasn't.

IAS cannot spawn on amulets, in both classic and lod, and as far as I know it's never been able to (though I can only confirm from 1.07 beyond). There are uniques in the expanion capable of getting IAS, such as cats eye, but not in classic.
