Wich Weaps?

Wich weapon/sheild combination is best for a pure charger with 1 pt smite and holy sheild? what should I have on switch? Im thinking cta pb in inventory, one switch my charge gear the other my smite, wich do you think is the best combanation for both and wich do you think is the best purely for that type of attack?

Grief; highest minimum damage, highest consistent damage and, when built in a pb, 2 range. The 20% DS is just really sexy.

Plus it's the best smiter weapon as well; and fast as well. So no need for a lot of additional IAS to get to the fastest BP.

The only other 1 I would consider is an Death Zerker, simply because at high levels it has the highest damage. That's about it though.

For shield, it kind of depends on how much you want to smite. If not much, then go for Zaka, due to the defensive mods or phoenix for pure damage. If you do smite a lot and don't care about being BM, then exile comes in mind.

ok thanks I think ill go with a pb grief, and exile and on switch ebotd zerker/hoz for charge.

i think you'll prolly want a CtA/Spirit on switch.

for wep/shield charging, a grief/hoz is gfg, it gives you smite as an alternative attack.

for a 2h charger, an e-Death Decapitator is the highest damage dealer (yes, higher than an ebotdTM by virtue of the hige deadly strike. my charge/smite hybrid can crack 48k damage with one of these suckers.

i'd actually suggest going grief-pb or zerk/hoz and maxing holy shield tbh.

I think using holy shield on a charger causes charge lock way too often, and that gets annoying. I personally prefer 2 handed chargers.

well thnaks for the info, one last question : is it better to max Holy over smite?

If using grief smite > holy shield

If using any other weapon smite < holy shield, iirc.
