Faster Cast Rate

Hey all, I have a hammerdin with about 80% FCR on him from his gear (hoto, trangs gloves and arachnid). According to one of the paladin guides, that should give me 11 frames right? However, I still feel like I am casting kinda slow (i see other hammerdins casting faster). Is it worth it to try and get down to 10 frames by switching my HoZ for a spirit?

Yes, usually more fcr is better.

Even tho you lose damage with the spirit vs hoz, u can cast more hammers per second and thus actually increase the damage output.

For pvp, definitely get 125 fcr.

My FCR is currently at 125. Gear is Shako/BER, Maras, Enigma BP, HOTO, Trangs, Arachnid belt, Ravenfrost, a FCR ring and Pally Spirit shield.

For PVM, the FCR isn't really as important as it is in PVP. For PVP you really do need the fastest FCR you can get on your Pally.

I've run both HOZ and Spirit and personally prefer the HOZ for PVM, with the Spirit getting the nod in PVP.

More FCR means faster teleing too, and that is great for making boss runs.

Doesn't 75 FCR give you 10 frame? 125FCR will give you 9 frame.
