Help me build my WW PvP !

Ok I know this thread ask alot of question but by reading all different thread and guide I'm just getting more and more confused. So I will give you alot of information and how I want my build, and ask some question ! :)

First of all, I want to make a Barb WW. Most of the time I hang out in Pubs Duel Game, or I duel with friends ! So here are my question ! I want to make the best barb possible ( Price is NOT a problem ) !

What build would be the best a good c'mon WW build !

Then equipement part ! I was asking myself some question ! I know that Grief+Beast Zerker is one of the best Dmg output weapon combo, but just for look can you put those runeword in CB ? Really like that old school looking Sword, but if the best option is Grief+Beast on Zerker I will go that way :P Just want the best setup ! Also, when I use a shield ? VS other Melee Char.. What weapon I use ?

Aslo, for helm Arreat Eth Zod ? Or Arreat with Ber or Jah ? Don't know ..
I will also have Enigma, don't think I will use Fort, since I don't really want to only BvB, and would like a No Str Build or near. So AP Engima ? Or any other good Armor ?

For the rest I will use, Gore, Rend ( Gonna have to had some Strenght I think to wear those.. any other good glove ? ) Dungo, 2x Raven and a Angelic Set, and Highlord ! And I will try to stack my inventory with SC life, and Torch Anni

I'm just going to go ahead and assume that you want this character for Vs. All purposes and not just Vs Melee because of the gear you've listed so far, and especially since you said "I don't really want to only BvB" (which is the best part of having a barb anyway :P)

Since money isn't a problem, I don't think anyone would disagree with me when I say that you should just use 37x 3/20/20s, and throw in 20life/5res scs when you feel it's necessary.
If you don't like to use strength, just get 20/20 anni, torch. eth bugged arreats (don't jah or ber this, go for something with damage, or resistance, depending on preference) dusk enigma or mageplate enigma for lower strength requirements, a full angelics in stash, but for the most part either using 1.08 highlords + 2 ravenfrosts or +2barb/20fcr/+str/+dex/+res amulet + rfrosts or other preferred rings for public games. Depending on your charms and your gear, I like to use Dracul's Grasp in public games for OW against good casters, you'll obviously want a CoA for DR while wielding 2 weapons. To be terse, you should probably just go read a BvA guide... That is, what you're looking for after all. Isn't it?
While questions like the one you've posted aren't unwelcome, they won't warrant or result in much fruitful response. And so, the best advice I can offer, and I'm sure many others the same, is for you to just read a guide, and then ask questions for clarification and elaboration.
