Runeword block chance help

I was wondering how i calculate what dex i need for max block using Sanctuary in a vortex shield

wear the shield, put stat points into dex untill you hit 75% ctb.

or google for calculators, you should find those fairly easy

edit: here's the blocking formula:
Total Blocking = [(Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)]

=> total blocking = [(51 + 20 + (holy shield lvl?) * ((dex lvl?) - 15 ) ) / ( (char lvl?) * 2)]

2 problems with that, 1 i dont have the shield and 2 i cant find a calculator that includes runewords.

o and i cant make heads or tails of that formula when its a runeword.

The thing is im trying to plan ahead with my level 14 paladin and
im trying to work out dex needed at higher levels

total blocking = [(51 + 20 + (holy shield lvl?) * ((dex lvl?) - 15 ) ) / ( (char lvl?) * 2)]

whereby 51 is blocking chance for a vortex shield, 20 is the increase blocking chance bonus from sanctuary runeword=)

i) download an offline Hero Editor
ii) download an item vault containing 1.11 items & rw's
iii) create a blank char and edit him with the hero editor, give him the runeword item and check how many dex it takes :-)

thats the way i do it ^^
