I guess this is one of the highlights after a crazy summer.

Anybody else thinking canine home invasion 2.0?

I say we put him in a ring with someone else and force them to fight, see how they like it.

Then drown/electrocute the survivor.

I think it ironic how now his brother's legal situation pales in comparison to his own.

As for his suspension, I think it went well. I'm actually impressed with how the NFL handled it. They knew they'd be getting some sort of legal determination on the subject (and NFL lawyers probably advised the commish that Vick would take a plea) so a decision on Vick was delayed. Now that he's admitted guilt, he's in a boatload of trouble. And it's going to be time to pay back some of that signing bonus.

If Fight Club is any indication, we should all enjoy doing such

The key, really, is that the dog fights are to the death, I think. You didn't specify such, and that was not the goal of Fight Club, of course.

The question becomes: would the NFL have done this ... If Vick had fighting roosters and played for the Saints?

People don't like roosters as much as they like dogs. And was there an incident with a Saints player being involved in **** fighting?

Is this even news? I can't imagine that the NFL wouldn't suspend him after all this negative press. It was just a matter of time.

He can't play football and he can't make dogs fight. What else is he supposed to do?

Man I hope he gets the worst of it. But then again I am a bitter person.

He could write a book call 'If I didn't do it'

Big deal (the pot).

He's being punished under the law. As for personal views of him, mine are decided on what's "wrong" in a moral/ethical sense, not a legal sense. I have zero moral/ethical qualms about smoking pot, and so I'm not going to deride him for this.

Then drown/electrocute the survivor.

Replace / expressing "or" with "simultaneously... and...".
