I have a level 86 meteorb sorceress, and I'm about to begin a skelemancer and a smiter. I have a few people I play with on USEast ScL, and I'm sure you'd fit right into the group. We all gathered using this forum, anyway. =)

As for rushing, I do it depending on what purpose the build is serving. For instance, I was willing to have this sorceress rushed, but my upcoming necro I've already began, and plan on playing legitimately through. What's your stance on "twinking"?
