Eth Runemaster 259ED 5os(what to put in the sockets?)

I was thinking a few ED/IAS jewels and a Zod.

Or maybe ED/IAS jewels, Lo and Zod.

Let me know what you guys think I should put in here? Will it even be good in PvP?

it will be inferior to most common setups. There was a thread about a runemaster not long ago in the barb forum I think.

I will copy a link here if I manage to find it.

The above being said you should realise that except for so called style points etc. it has little going for it compared to common pvp weapons such as grief.

Its a zealots weapon. Zod, 2 ed/ias and 2 Lo are nice choices.
With cbf on it, it allows you to wear angelics ring/ammy combo for more ar.

I don't know if its any better than a eth death cleaver, ebotdz, or grief pb set up though. I made a zealot, but never really got into melee duels on account of them being hard to find and also rather boring.

we had a long chat at the BB a while ago about a runemaster and the best use any of us could come up with for one would be on a FoH/Charge pally. in this case, Zod + 4x Lit Facets.

it's still inferior to other options, but would score big style points.

i would Lo the hell out of it , then make a lame charger using something like:

Guardian Angel
Stormshield
Tgods
Hotspurs
Kira's
Angelics

And stuff it with life charms.
People probably call me crazy for even mentioning stormshield on a pala.

My old smiter used stormshield. It's surprisingly usefull since all your damage comes from grief anyway*.

*I am in no way implying that stormshield is nearly as good as the standard cookie cutter setup.
