is this rare bow pvp viable?

I was wondering if this bow would cut it in pvp. And what kind of build would be best for it? i was maybe thinking some hybridzon with poison javs or something, although a ctabow probably would be better then.

It's socketed atm with some ed/5max jewel. It only need 75ias for 8fpa guided. So what do you think? and while you are at it, maybe 1 of you also knows what this bow is worth?

Me thinks Faith is still better by a lot :/ unless we are talking about ladder and you don't have access to one.

The mods look nice though.

duelling for me is partly about style, i know those bows above mentioned are better but that's not what i am asking.
So let's focus on what i can do with this bow instead of mentioning other bows.

No ias and only one socket. I hate to sound like a broken record but it really isn't gonna cut it for pvp.

Make a strafer for fun? With 20ias kb gloves or a gskull, it could get interesting. Penetrate gives you tons of AR, and although you do low dmg. KB + blocklock could give you a lot of options. Might not win all the time... but you'll probably be the only pvp capable strafer...
