Can I buy a +1 necro skills /w fr or lr from any shops?

I've been looking for a wand with +1 necro skills with a fr or lr on it and I haven't seen any of them sold, I'm looking all over nm for one. Do they exist in shops? Thanks.

no, they're both prefixes. You should be able to get a rare +1 with no fcr and good res for dirt cheap though.

you can post an iso in one of the trade forums (if you play on bnet)
if you play sp, there are a few other rules you need to follow to trade here

im sure someone has one that they'd be willing to trade for a few low/mid runes or pgems

be sure to include the lvl of your nec so youll be able to use it
and what youll be willing to trade for it
