Can anyone explain exactly how Replenish Life works? Do the numbers represent the percentage of life replenished, do they replenish that amount or percentage each second, and do they stack cumulatively? For instance, if I had 4 pieces of equipment that each had Replenish Life of 5, would that mean that I would heal 20 life a second, or 20% per minute, or something else? I'm looking for a way to constantly heal large amounts of HP without using Mana, potions, or life leech.

Replenish Life will regnerate life per sec.

This is the formula for how it works:

(25 * (+Replenish life)) / 256 = Life Per Second

To simplify the formula a little bit, for every point of replenish life, you'll regenerate just a touch under 1/10th of a hp per second (so +10 replenish life heals approximately 1 hp per second).

It's very useful when you're a low level, but late in the game there's not much use for it. The regeneration rate is just too low- with even +50 Replenish life, if you have 1,000 life, it'll take over 3 minutes to fully regenerate.

You can also benefit from the Healing aura of a Normal Combat Act2 mercenary. But at higher levels, life leech will definitely be the way to go.
