I would guess not for PvP also. You can tele or if playing old style then stand there frozen while people walk into your hammer field.

I think it's useless. Being frozen slows down you're atack speed and run/walk speed (maybe more idk).

But both of those should not be a concern to u, because you have tele/charge and cast hammers. Tele and hammers are casted, which doesn't get affected by freezing. And charge speed is not affected run/walk speed, so you can be all the slow you want, and u'll still charge just as fast.

If you are frozen and there is a boss with mana burn, you are screwed. Well, not exactly, but it would be an awkward situation...
