Hi there.
A friend of mine just gave me this set.
I played a long time ago so I am not really familiar with it beyond LoH.
In looking at the stats, I am not really sure what sort of character this would be good for.
Is this a good complete set to use?
What class would benefit the most from it?
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I think a melee character would be the best for this set. Maybe a low lvl zealer?

I don't find the set in particular very useful, but the parts on their own have very decent stats. Put LoH on any physical-dmg-dealer for the bosses, RoP fits on any running char in lack of better shoes and I even use the amu if i just want some res and +1 skill. But the armor never really appealed to me. As said, for low lvl chars the set might be worth a short while.

in SP, it's actually end-game worthy.

upon completion, it gives a total of 20ias,+3skills,350ed to demons,50 all res + other single resists etc..
best of all, weapon/shield/head/jewellery slots are free.

slot in a guillaume's helm and you find yourself a decent, cheap generic melee character..

for barbs & druids you can add in respective primal helm/pelts to boost stats as well=)

65 all res if you want to get technical.
I think it's a pretty good budget set, in fact, I've got it on my bargain basement ladder smiter right now. It leaves helm, shield, and weapon slot free. That is pretty useful. My only real beef with it is the ammy, as I would prefer it didn't invade my jewelry options, but whatever. I deal.
