To a low lvl Yari barb dueler probably but I dont' PvP so that's why i want the answer to the above Q as well :azn:

Yea.. its for a dueler. They would socket nice 30%ed jewels with other mods in em most likely or big maxers.

yeh I just thought that. Put on a lvl 37 dueler and you can put in some vn ed/max jewels.
