MF of skeles after gear switch?

I load up on +summoning gear when I create my army of skeles then switch to my MF gear. My skeles won't retain the MF pecentage I had when I summoned them, will they? Or do they automatically get what I have when I put on the MF gear?

They get the MF you have on the moment they make a kill. So you can switch to MF gear just before they kill something.
