Frame 4 attack FC

i was surfing thrugh some build, and i found the FireClaw bear quite atractive, but i cant get the gear that is listed to add up to what the build says we should aim for. when i use the recomanded gear, i get a 8frame attack, not a 4. what do i do wrong?

Can't get the gear listed? I agree a phase blade with 4 shaels + 2ias/ed or ar jewels can be quite pricey. However a phase blade full of shaels (6) will net ten more ias and easily hit four frames as well. :thumbsup:

edit: a six shael'd phase and bloodfists should be getting you to four frames if memory serves me right.

the only offwep ias listed was bloodfist. thats 10...

110ias on your pb and you get 4 frames. 6 shaels + 1 6os pb works fine too and is easy to get.

but.. the über frame calculator tells me that i get frame 8 attack :S
what am i doing wrong?

put 30 instead on -30 in the Weapon base speed :P
