So I think i making a LF/Straif hybrid and I've got the LF part down so far. I'm unsure how to go forward.

My LF is destroying A3 NM when my insight merc is alive and the Buriza does well enough when he's dead. I'm not sure, though, how to advance in preparation for Hell.
Where to spend Skills?
I've always been a fan of Strafe but sometimes I want multi also. Will I have the points to spare here? How many?
Should I pump my Valc a bit? Now or later? It's casting at 8 now (2 Amy, 2 titans, 2 spirit, 1 helm)
Penetrate? I read some guides say max this. I think my Bolts are missing but I cant quite tell. I have blessed aim mercenary. Should I switch to might? Something else?
Pierce? I know I can spend a few points here safely.
CS? One thing I read said this was good for bosses w/ just LF synergy. I don't think I have the points though.
Stats
Where should I spend my Stat points from now on?
Future Gear
I have Atma's Scarab Amulet, Tal's mask, LoH Gloves for when I get to that level and Mav Belt to replace the Sigon's once I break the 30% Ias set bonus. What should I look for for armor? I'm thinking of putting Stealth in some Elite armor. I like the Run/Walk. But I also have 3 Ias Jewels so I could hit the 147% normal bow attack breakpoint if I socketed Helm&Armor. But what Armor? Worth it to IAS Tal's Mask? One of the IAS Jewels has 11% Damage to Mana if that's of use.
Then there is this 12% FHR Grand charm with 6 max 22 atack that I carry around cause I don't know if it's worth anything.
I don't have a lot so spend on stuff (3rd Alt) but any gear advice on top of skill advice would be appreciated.
