a Pvm/PvP build that uses a WF Bow

Ok so on B.net I traded a Arach for this fine bow as I over reacted when I saw "Windforce Ft" on the new ladder.Anyways so I have this nice bow and well Id like to run like hell cows,pits,etc in hell with her.But I also cant afford a pvm zon and a pvp zon so ill put it together and have a zon that can do my pvm needs along with some pvping.This is the Gear I have.

what build could I have that works pvm/pvp and works decent with this gear?

You need 150% ias to hit the 8 fpa breakpoint (3.1 attacks/sec) with a hydra bow, so I suggest keeping treachery instead of fort unless you are using an act 1 merc with a faith bow. If you, however, decide that the 9 fpa breakpoint (2.7 attacks/sec) is sufficient, then u only need 90% ias. If you don't mind inflicting other players with a little bit of slow, I suggest a nosferatu belt (10% ias).

At the moment, you hit the 8 fpa breakpoint so keep that in mind. I suggest a Guided/Passive build with 15 total (including +skills) multi. Depending on your +skills, keep dodge/evade/avoid at 50%/60%/50% in that order, max guided, and 15 into multi including +skills.

Also you should have a Titans (preferrably eth) and a Stormshield in your weapon switch. Switching to it will provide unparalled protection vs physical and blockable damage, including increased run speed. Whenever you are not shooting, you should switch. Because of this, put a point into jab, and 1 into lightning bolt. Lightning bolt will help you kill phys immunes (3/4 phys into lightning damage), and jab will help you kill other bowazons and other squishy characters.

Additionally, I believe a Harmony runeword (tir+ith+sol+ko) will help greatly in duels, especialy those which you don't need DR% for. Against a hammer paladin, keep Harmony up on switch for a level 10 Vigor, then switch and shoot with WF. Your speed with Vigor should be able to keep you from a quick Tele-Hammer.

Otherwise, your gear is fine, but seriously, fort may increase your damage, but your speed will definitely suffer, especially for PvP.
