IAS needed

If i plan on using GMB Faith instead of MB, what IAS do I need? Sorry if this has been posted before, but I saw that for base 10 bows such as GMB, it says that 120%IAS is needed for 9/3. What does 9/3 mean? What IAS should I be aiming for?

9/3 is a strafe at "5,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+4", aka first arrow is fired after 5 frames, then follow-ups every 3 frames, and after the last arrow 4 frames to end the animation.

Use this table (http://forums.diabloii.net/showpost.php?p=5720902&postcount=6), GMB has a WSM of 10. 120 ias is far higher then needed when using a faith.
