Rabbies Speed

Hello every 1, i had tried some types of druids but never a rabbies-hybrid.
I was wondering what affects rabbies' speed:
for example is it an attack or spell,
should i use a fast cast amulet (or ring) or buy a fast attack speed weapon.
I have read Blizzards site but no info there, says only about poison.

I do this question so as to know if i have to max werewolf which adds speed to attacks.If rabbies is not affected by attack speed i will max fury.
I want to make an about level 60 dueling wolf with :
20 lycanthropy
20 rabbies
20 Poison creeper

So... if attack speed affects rabbies i will aim for level 70 so as to invest the bonus quest skills on werewolf.

Please don't send me links and say its all there. I would appreciate direct answers ( because it's not all there).

werewolf doenst help attack speed after lvl 6 or so, its best to keep it at 1pt
rabies is a melee attack, so look for a fast weapon. (off-weapon ias doenst help attack speeds either)
