I'm not talking about Lower Resist on wands or Life Tap on axes, instead things such as Bash, Stun, Sacrifice, etc. Considering the few advantages melee skills give, what skills can be statistically ruled useless, which (like Zeal) have an obvious advantage and the rest that are probably best used by those not having melee skills of their own (i.e. Sorcs)?

Charged Strike: SLvl5
Power Strike: SLvl6
Lightning Strike: SLvl4

Bash: SLvl6
Concentrate: SLvl3
Stun: SLvl4

Poison Dagger: SLvl8

Sacrifice: SLvl6
Vengeance: SLvl3
Zeal: SLvl4

Obviously, Amazon skills, Poison Dagger, and Vengeance don't increase physical damage, even if the latter uses base physical to determine its final damage. Still, that has an 'immune to physical' advantage going for it, but are the rest not worth the affix space?
