Weird bug, is this new?

I was in the Pit on the realms when I noticed a warped was still alive. My army refused to engage him, though he was swinging at everything possible. He never caused damage. He was able to receive my mercenary's aura, and his life bar was at 100%. I could take swings at him, but he never took damage. Corpse Explosion had no effect and he could not be cursed.

I went into town and came back. He was still there and lasted longer than three minutes. Anybody seen this before?

I've seen a similar one, with a Fallen and it was either in The Hole or in The Pit. Someone suggested at the time that it was a result of me trying to Revive it at the same time as a Shaman, which seemed plausible.
Was he stationary and only able to pivot around a fixed point? My odd little fallen fellow was stuck that way, but he was able to yell at me. Weird bug.

No, he was running around taking swings at everything. From how hyper he was you'd think I just stormed in the place and murded his relatives with a massive undead army or something.
