Chilling mechanics

This may really be a stupind question, but does multiple forms of chilling cumulate? I mean in slowing enemies. I'm interested specifically in knowing if casting Frost Nova would cause additional slowing if a monster is alredy under effect of Holy Freeze.

I don't know if normal chill stack, however cold and holy freeze stack. Holy freeze come from a different source. I though the idea was that holy freeze is a blessing from the gods, the cold damage has notting to do with it. This is the reason why cannot be frozen doesn't help against holy freeze.
