I just need information about the breakpoints when in werewolf. Like Ias breakpoints and FHR.

You should aim for FHR 86, last reasonable breakpoint. The last one is like 280, so 86 would be optimal. I'll try to find wolf ias calculator for you, but notice that only ias from weapon is calculated in werewolf form.

Actly most people on west perfer 42% I like using 86% as well. But there isnt a real difference.

For weapon break points. Your going to have trouble getting those. Use a calc, or ask around about a presific weapon's speed.
