WWS socketing question

Since the wws has a fairly low %ED on it (150-170%), wouldn't you benefit enormously more from ED/IAS jewels than just 2xshaeling it like most do. Even ~20/15ias ones seem like they'd add a lot more to the overall damage, and the 10 ias lost from using 2 jewels instead of 2 shaels seems like it could very easily be made up elsewhere. Or is there something i'm missing?

WWS is a budget bow. I don't find 40/15 IAS jewels fitting the category 'budget'.

Upgrade to a diamond bow. Use the ias/ed jewels for your head gear.
Shael-shael or nef-shael. The latter if you do not plan to craft ias/knockback gloves.
