View Full Version : Is Iceblink or Freeze Useful to Zealots?

I've been thinking of something for a while. I have an iceblink on one of my mules, and it's not getting much use lately. Right now I have Griswold's armor on my tesladin, and while he does all right, I was wondering if the freeze attribute from iceblink could be useful to him in hell difficulty, where it seems like he gets swarmed constantly. My guy doesn't die a lot, but it is a bit unnerving when he disappears in a sea of monsters. I do have a Holy Freeze merc but he usually bites the dust pretty fast. I need to upgrade his equipment. I can stack cold small charms on my zealot if need be for longer freeze times.

I'm thinking eventually better armors would be Treachery, Duress, Fortitude, or Chains of Honor, but I don't think I can reasonably expect the latter two any time soon. I'm still hot on the search for a lem and it may take me a few days. Do any of you guys use iceblink on your zealots or melee paladins?

I like putting IceBlink on my lower zons , the freeze is handy. I'd say your better off keeping your gris armor on , and using that Iceblink on your low zon or merc
