hihi all,

just a quick question about ias and windforce. i had a look at some ias tables but windforce wasn't in it. so my question is how much extra ias do you need for max frames??? i know for Hydra Bow you need 120 ias but windforce:cry:

292 ias for 7 frame normal attack. Windfroce is a hydrabow, WSM = 10.

By the way I think 120 IAS won't get you to even 8/2 starfe bp.

It's impossible with ias. It's only possible if you use a merc (or a party member) who gives Fanaticism aura. With lvl 13+ fana aura you need 95 ias for 7 frame normal attack.

Laying of Hands / Rare Gloves = 20 IAS
Cat's Eye / Highlord = 20 IAS
Nosferatu's Coil = 10 IAS
Andy's Visage / Giant Skull = 35 / 30 IAS
Jeweler's Armor of xxx = 60 IAS
Just find a combination you like. Like wind said 7 frame normal attack is only possible with faith merc.

edit: yeah, but I'd rather use Visage or Skull over 10 more IAS.

Equip the runeword "Faith" on Act I merc in bow that's not amazon class weapon.

You get the full IAS and AR bonus, but the damage bonus is halved

the highest firing rate you will reach with windforce is 8fps, 8/2 firing rate with strate. You will need to get a faith bow to reach 7fps firing rate which is VERY fast. i had a very nice bowa that used a 15/2/3 faith and she was incredibly fast. Windforce is a great bow but including the 20ias mod windforce has you still need an extra 127% ias to reach 8fps. With a gm faith that has 15fant aura you only need 95ias i believe. Since you need so much ias for windforce fort is out of the question b/c if you're using windforce and you dont have a 8fps firing rate i wouldn't even bother. You will need to use a 160/60 with windforce.

That's already 95 IAS. Now toss in a faith merc to make 7 FPA multi. Still enough to wear Fort, Razortail, and Atna's
