Str Bug Help !

I'm new here in Diabloii.net.

I have read about Str Bug and I decided to try it to my Barbarian, but it won't work..

Stats: all in vitality..

Gear:
*Arreat (118 str) + 20 str
*Botd ba eth (101 str) + 30 str
*Enigma Mp (55 str) + 69 str
*Stormshield (156 str)
*Draculs (50 str) + 11 str
*Arach (50 str)
*Gore Rider ( 94 str)
*2x Raven
*3 wc amu / Highlord's

*Torch 12-20
*2x 5 str Lc's
*2x 2 str Sc's

Feel free to comment my gear. :laugh:

30 base str + 12 torch + 14 charms = 56 str.

This Str bug worked me for a while, Botd, Arreat and Storm was bugged.. only armor showed. But I got few levels and it won't work anymore. Don't know what were wrong..

If someone could tell me what is wrong I'll be more than happy. :smiley:

With the charms you should be able to wear your Enigma armor... perhaps it's down to 0 durability ?

Hmm.. There's no problem to wear items, only problem is that I want them to be bugged. Not shown to other ppls. My earlier post didn't mention this so well.. sorry :shocked:

Maybe you leveled enough that the str bonus on enigma now means you're not bugged? Being bugged for the look alone should not be the goal though... the goal is to get better stats etc, by putting in better charms instead of merely str charms. Now you can yank some of those str charms (which will likely bug you again) and replace them with 3/xx/xx charms...

i'm not sure if u realise that you will see ur items if ur strength bugged only other people won't be able to see ur items, ask someone else in a game if they can see ur items.

The reason is that the enigma, the draculs, and the botd ba "float" each other. You could put on your gear, then ditch ALL your charms, and nothing would turn red. Change to enigma dusk or AP and it will start working again.

Just got an annihilus, so now I guess I'll get dusk/ap eni and now get rid of my str charms.
