ok,, if i put maybe 5 points in pierce, and with plus skills have 15,,, what is the difference if i had a razortail?
Not the percentage difference, i mean in the killing speed using LF.... is the killing speed really that much faster?
I thought maybe a tgods is better,, you get 20 to vital,, 20 to strength,, 3 to LF and lite absorb,,, is the high end piercing make up the difference by faster killing?
I'm not sure much is the correct amount to have ,currently i'm at level 10 pierce without razortail,, just trying to figure out is the best route,, my favorite skill to use is LF, so i take it pierce is of more importance.
Thanks in advance.

I realy dont play javas but as for bowies if you use a razortail (33% pierce) you need just a lvl 9 pierce skill (69%) to have 100% chance, so more points than that are a waste.

Essentially as far as LF is concerned more hits >>>>> higher damage per hit. This is the basic TGods vs Razortail argument. Some figures, I'll assume you've got a lvl 30 LF as you mentioned you've got +10 skills. That's roughly 1K max light damage per bolt for 30 bolts or 30K light damage (though obviously this increases the larger the pack). Now if you put on a Tgods you'll get a lvl 33 LF for 33 bolts at 1.2K~ or 39.6K total. Equip Razortail however (which with your current pierce level and + skills gear will give you 100% pierce) and you get 30K + 30K +30K etc for each monster you can get in a line.
However in your case with a lvl 15 pierce already you're going to have 80% pierce which may be sufficient for your javazon uses. Though if you're going for cowing (or other large mob killing) primarily then the extra 20% pierce will likely outdo the small increase from Tgods.
if you can live with the fast that you waste 4 points and that you will lose survivability, razortail is betters.
On the other hand, if you really want to let every skill point count and keep the survivability from T-gods, then stay with your T-gods.
The points is simple, razortails is better for a fresh character when you don't need that huge survivabilty - read: when not hardcore and with other decent gear. In your situation it comes down to preferences.

A full javazon doesn't have the tightest skill placement in the world and the difference between 80% and 100% for a decent LF zon is, in most cases, pure theory.
