Hey all,

First post here and I have 2 questions.
Im building a Druid for which im planning to go Rabies/fury.

My skill point allocation as I plan it:

20 Lycantrophy
10-20 Werewolf *
10-20 Rabies *
10-20 Poison Creeper *
20 Fury
20 Oak Sage.

The * indicates that im not certain if I should max this or not.
Please comment on this.

Now, my biggest question is: what equipment to use for such a build?
Please keep in mind that im not someone that has tons of items - in fact im as new as can be.

Love to hear from you.

Quick Edit: this build is mainly for PvM, perhaps I'll PvP some later.

Stoutewolf's guide (www.geocities.com/boudewijn_broers_mfc), as found in the stickies, it shall explain all. Also if this is pvm for the time being, the charms aren't as pertinent.

I'd suggest against rabies for PvM.

It occurs to me that it's very annoying to have someone give advice without explaining it.

Rabies is usualy complete rubbish in pvm for three reasons.
1) The lag. Rabies is an animation intensive skill and because of the way the skill works it can be quite memory intensive so when you've got a screen full of enemies it can be real hard on the server (if you're playing online).
2) The damage rabies deals over a short period of time compared to the life enemies have in hell is pretty bad. Untwinked you'll be luck if rabies kills anything other then fallen and fetishes.
3) Fury and Rabies are conflicting skills in PvM. Rabies does huge damage over time and fury does a lot of damage very quickly.
