I don't think you can have a low level hammerdin really?

You need @ least ~45ish skill points to max hammers/conc + pre-reqs.

You also need to be ~lvl 44ish to max conc. Then, hammer damage would be horrible without the synnergies.

Lvl 30 hammy is completely viable, heck, you can even make a lvl 18 hammy but they are not the best of chars.

I tried it myself, and for the synergies I went for vigor, with only 1 pt in Blessed Aim, because they both add the same amount of damage for your hammers.

I have 1.2k Hammers and a 1.4k charge at level 30, which is great. Probably one of the stronger LLD's I've tried

Building a Hdin is hardly rocket science. Try maxing + skills & most effective synergies. 2 x Spirits. 125FCR. Life/mana charms. I had a lvl35 Hdin once..handed a lvl 50 barb his butt on a platter. I'm hardly a good PvP-er but my paly was built right & the noob barb thought he could have a Paly 15 rungs lower for breakfast. Turned out hammers are pretty tough to swallow... :wink:
