Help on the formula

I need help with the Max Block formula. I am using a HoZ. I am level 88 with 182 in dexterity. And I have a level 28 Holy Shield which gives +430 to chance to block. Could someone do the math for me plz?

Total Blocking = (Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)

((82 + 37) * (182 - 15)) / ( 88 * 2 )
=(119 * 167) / 176
=19873 / 176
= 112, 914

I think i got it right. As you see, you have alot more dexterity than what's needed for max blocks with hs and hoz.

Wow, sorry I messed my dex up I only have 145. I must have misstyped on the one stated before. I will use what you did and just change the one number. I ended up getting that my dex only needs to be at 140 to attain max block, it will be at 75.1 when I am level 99. I am also not sure where I got the +430 from. Well thanks a lot for the help ambid.
