Ranger/Smite Hybrid Dreamer Questions

I was thinking of making a Ranger and Smiter Auradin. I had some questions

The build:

20 Lite Rez
20 Fire Rez
20 Sanctuary
20 Conviction
20 Holy Shield
1 Smite
1 charge

Dream Helm
Hoj Armor/Coh(For Casters)
Weapon Set 1: Gimmershred/Dream Shield
Weapon Set 2: Widowmaker(Nef or Um)

The rest of the gear I know what I'm going to use for sure.

Assumming I don't need Ias, fhr, Do you think this build is viable in PvP?
Does the elemental dmg transfer to smite?
Any Constructive Comments?

Dude use Enigma and Grief instead of HoJ and whatever you're about to use (didn't really understand that) for smiting that's the best. And no elemental damage does NOT transfer to smite so go for 1pt fana, disturbing, huh?
