On the Arreat Summit site it shows that the Carrion Vine heals 10% at lvl 15, and it doesn't go past 10% in the higher lvls. Is it worth maxing out for the +120 life?

Does Spirit of Barbs reflect all kinds of damage, or just physical melee damage like Thorns Aura?

Never place more than one point into Carrion. SoB only reflects melee damage.
