Whats the best place and lvl of monsters to mf rare boots with mods like 20 faster run/walk, faster hit recovery, tri resists and dex.Use the affix calculator (http://diabloii.nu/affixcalc) to figure out what mods you want. Take the ilvl you get out of that, and kill monsters with mlvl equal to that ilvl or a little higher. In nightmare and hell, normal monster mlvl is equal to area_level.
