I'm playing a Tesladin and I'm gonna use a Crescent Moon pb later.
I've been searching the forum and need to get a breakpoint clarified.
Do you get 4 fps zeal on a pb with 72 ias total? (72-20 = 52 additional with CM pb) or do you only need additional 35 ias?
Which one is true, since I've read both statements on this forum?
