Best Place to wand shop?

Looking for +3 summon skills wand with +RS and SM hopefully.

What place is best for shopping for these mods?

I'm no expert on item level and staffmods, but I don't think it is possible to have such a wand. The item level required to have +3 summoning is probably too high to still get level 1 skills.

If it was possible, you would need a wand with a high base quality level and a very low ilvl to achieve it. The staffmods depend on the ilvl alone while the affix selection depends on the affix level which is influenced by the base quality level as well.

Unfortunately there's no way to achieve that with magical items IIRC. The pskulls recipe and the Charsi reward will produce rare items and the chipped gem recipe produces ilvl 25 items which is too high for getting staffmods of the lowest tier.

That means it's impossible to get these staffmods together with +3 to summoning. It is possible with a rare item, but +skilltab bonuses have a maximum of +2 then.

alrighty...but Im still in need of a good bre buff wand. Which shops better for wand shopping? because seems anya and ormus dont have as much often or as good.

With a good map spawn, I'd say shop drognan. I'd also note what everyone has already said about this particular item's possibility of existence.

Drognan and Akara are the best vendors for wands IIRC. You can reset Drognan's items by using the town exit near him (you might have to create a few games to get it there). Akara's items can easily be reset by opening the Cow level near her and entering it (like Anya).
