Ok I'll be upfront and admit I can't understand how to figure out where to run to get specific items. I've read the item generation tutorials and info about TC etc. available on this site but it just beyond my understanding.
I'm wondering where is the best place to run to, and the first place where you can, find Tal Rasha's Guardianship?
However, if possible I'd really appreciate it if you could explain why (formula wise) so that hopefully it will help me to understand better having an example relating to me.
