This seems to happen occasionally to my Diablo 2: LoD - and the times it lasts vary from 5min to hours at a time. It wasn't really a problem until it started happening more often (twice today). Was wondering if anyone has any clue as to why this is happening? There's no hacks, dupes, mules, scroll-bans or anything like that going on - it seems almost completely random, but I've never had this problem before. My assumption is I'm doing something to piss off the game, but who knows? This only happens on US East - not US West, Asia, or Europe.
The screen starts out with Connecting to Battle.net: "Connecting to fastest server..." - then does that for about a minute or so. Then it switches to a suggestion that there's something wrong with my internet connection. My connection is fine - everything is like normal except when I try to log on.
