Single Player to Multi Player

Hey everyone, I have been playing single player for some time now and would like to have a go playing online. I was wondering if it is possible for me to trade item between my Single player character and my new Multiplayer character. I have been using ATMA recently and would like to start doing some trading so if its possible to transfer items between chracters that would be really handy.

You can't transfer characters from SP to BNet closed realms. You can only play TCP/IP or Open BNet with your SP characters, but Open BNet is full of hacks and cheats - playing Open BNet will disqualify you from trading and MPing here with SPF folks.
