Duel Weilding Q's

I'm thinking about making an LLD ww barb but I want to hit the fastest bp possible but still do decent dmg. I was thinking of using my Honor naga in my off-hand and some very fast wep. in my other hand. Would this work or would my dmg dealing wep. not do anything because it is in the off-hand.

Whirlwind IAS is counted separately for both weapons and off-weapon IAS does not affect your weapons. Meaning, each of your weapons will have to have enough IAS on them to hit the last Whirlwind Breakpoint.

Meaning, that with a Honor Runeword, you will never hit the last whirlwind breakpoint.
