Cant get Uber keys

Heyas. Im trying to get the first key from the countess in the tower , but everytime i kill her I cant open the chest!! Can anyone help me with this? Thanks! :scratch:

The keys are dropped by the countress, not the chest.

Ok well Ive killed her about 5 times so far and she still hasnt dropped them - does it only happen once in a blue moon? or should she be dropping one every time I kill her?

no, she will not drop it every time. There's chance like 1/13 to her to drop it. Don't expect to get her to drop a key in 5 runs. You have to run her like mad. She will drop every time rune, so while not dropping a key, you could get some nice runes.
