If I have a skullders and I put it in the cube with a lem, KO and a pdiamond what will happen? Do I have the right recipe?

Yes, you have the right recipe.

From a skullder's Ire Russet Armot, it will change into a Skullder's Ire Balrog Skin if I am not mistaken.

That means the requirement will go from:
Required Level: 42
Required Strength: 97

to:
Required Level: 57
Required Strength: 165

And ofcourse the def amount will upgrade accordingly.

That should be about it...
