Some info about crafting please

Are the recipes shown on diabloii.net really the only ones?

And also, what can you do with elite weps and armors. Some guy offered me an elite bow the other day ingame (he also offered a shako), and it didn't even have so great dmg or anything, but I've heard you can do something with those.

Depends what you want to do with it.

edit2: nobody crafts bows, ignore this. Bows can't be crafted. I'd go for a RW if it has +3.

I thought the crafting and the bow were connected. I misunderstood. A bow can always be imbued if you like, but you lose all innate abilities on it (i.e. +3 bow/xbow skill). The eth or superior stays though. Still this generates mostly crappy bows.
You can Larzuk it for max sox or do the cube recipe (only if not superior) for a little chance of max-1 sox. You can then make a RuneWord in it.
