I've been tryin to make a frenzy barb non ladder since the new season. I have never played barbs before, can u help me out.
What's your overall purpose with the Barb? Uber-Runner, MFer, general awesomeness?
I saw you posted in Ash's thread, which is a great place to start as it is an excellent guide. But if you're more specific about what you're trying to do with your Frenzy Barb, I could make better recommendations about what gear you should be using.

Uber and mf are wut i'm tryin to accomplish, evry1 said that smiters do better w/ uber and i already tried it, worked pretty well. I just want to see what a frenzy barb can do in uber and mfing.
There's some fairly big debates about the ideal setup for each type of Barb (MF or Uber), but I'll give you my ideas.
Uber-Running Frenzy Barb:
Helm: Upped Arreat's
Amulet: Highlord's Wrath
Armor: Archon/Dusk/Scarab Husk Chains of Honor
Weapon 1: Ethereal Breath of the Dying Colossus Blade
Weapon 2: Ethereal Death Colossus Blade
Switch Weapon 1: Grief Phase Blade
Switch Weapon 2: Lawbringer Phase Blade
Gloves: Laying of Hands
Belt: Upped String of Ears
Boots: Upped Gore Riders
Ring 1: Raven Frost
Ring 2: Rare/Crafted Dual Leech Ring w/ other good mods
I'd choose CoH over Forts because of the higher resists and damage to demons. As for weapon choice, BotD has outstanding mods and gives you good attack speed in your primary hand. Death is used in your offhand and has all the huge extra damage mods. Your switch weapons then can be used to cast Decrepify and take down Ubers quicker. If you're new to Ubering or you don't feel comfortable without Life Tap, feel free to use Last Wish as a switch weapon or use Dracul's instead of Laying of Hands.
As windwingwind said, read Spankeh's Ubering guide in the stickies for an outstanding description of an Uber Frenzy Barb.
Magic Find Frenzy Barb:
Helm: Upped Stealskull w/ PTopaz (74% MF)
Amulet: Highlord's Wrath OR Rare/Crafted with +Skills/LL/MF if you can find one
Armor: Archon/Dusk/Scarab Enigma (~90% MF)
Weapon 1: eBotD CB
Weapon 2: eBotD CB
Switch Weapon 1: Upped Dual-Ist Ali Baba (~140% MF)
Switch Weapon 2: Upped Dual-Ist Ali Baba (~140% MF)
Gloves: Laying of Hands
Belt: Upped String of Ears
Boots: Upped War Travellers (50% MF)
Ring 1: Raven Frost
Ring 2: Rare/Crafted Ring w/ LL/Stats/Resists/MF
Inventory: BTorch, Anni (of course), Perfect Gheeds and at least 7x 7% SMFCs.
You get around 300% MF without using your switch weapons, but you can switch to those Ali Babas when you're slivering a boss (Meph is easiest for a Barb to run) or when you're using Find Item on the Council at Travincal. However, DO NOT use Chancies instead of Laying of Hands. You're sacrificing speed for not enough MF for it to be worth it. DO NOT use Goldwrap instead of String. Again, you're sacrificing survivability for MF and it's not worth it.
Hope that all helps, and good luck.

thats perfect exzactly wut i need, i might tweek it just a little bit. Thx a lot.
Also, wut does upped mean?
Horadric cube recipe that allows uniqs to be "upped" to the next level, increasing stats. IE, normal to exceptional to elite.
Like engrsd said, "upped" is using the Cube formula to improve a unique item from exceptional to elite, in this case. The formula is Lem + Ko +PDiamond + Unique Item. I forget the formula for weapons off the top of my head, but it's similar. It just gives items more defense; just make sure you're not exceeding level/strength/dexterity limits.
