Scrolling-Mouse-Ban, How long ban?

I've tried to google it and find it here on the forum, i just wanna now how many minutes/hours/days a Scroll-Mouse-Ban is.

I forgott that you were'nt allowed to Scroll your mouse through your spells to many times, and that's what i did.
That kind of Ban can't be more then a couple of minutes i guess?:shocked:

I gave it around 30 min just to be sure and I got back on, so I doubt it's too long.

Thanks but still, they should put of some kind of site where they show the kind of bans and for how long the stays on.

The problem with that is (or at least I think) that people can program their bots in such a way that, if the bot gets a temp ban, it can be programmed to log right back in after so much time has past. It's better to keep it a bit random.

I'm not a fan of temp bans, but at least Blizzard got that aspect right.

I doubt it's random. In fact, it even seems to be longer if you have been banned recently (like twice in a day). Perhaps we should all run out and get ourselves banned in various ways, record all the variables, and see what we get.:grin:
