hi i picked up a charm on online game eroupe and now i carnt accsess anything . all items on my screen are red! plz help me its a lv 95 druid i realy dont want to start agian if anyone can help be very greatful thanks agies

As far as I know this is a problem on your side and as such battle.net should still have your character intact. Did you try getting out of the game and entering it again? Resetting Diablo II? Restarting the computer?
