Two Barbarian questions.

I kept hearing about Barbarian Enigmas but I never bothered. I'm making a Pvm WW Barbarian and I'm just wondering, does having Sacred Armor Enigma really add a lot of damage due to the amount of strength that's going to be added?

Also, I'd forgotten, what's the faster run/walk you must achieve with Battle Orders to have the max hits with Whirlwind?

Not really, will add more raw damage depending on the weap though, i'd advise Forti if you want damage.
BvBs may use Sacred armor because of the Defense, but eitherway I haven't seen one using Enigma Sacred armor yet...

There's no faster attack beyond -34 wias, your Whirlwind is the only thing getting faster, not your attack speed. And there's no specific amount frw you need to hit in PvM anyways, in PvP there is for speeding Tri whirls which require some amount of FRW.
