ww ias?

I am in classic and found a really nice partizan w/ 197 ed and 14 to max with life leech and 29 cold resist. So it is baisically great.

The thing I am wondering about though is increased attack speed. The wep has 30 ias on it.

Does this 30 ias effect the weps ww speed?

It does, but it doesn't hit the -59 Wias anyways, and makes it partly useless - and the weapon isn't that appealing to me. Partizan has 10 wIas, you can't hit the last BP even with a Shael and 30ias on it, or produce any real good damage with the partizan anyways ( there are other better polearms available )

Notice that the guy is in classic. Means all runes and runewords are not there.

Did you even read his post? He said he was playing in classic. Do you know what that means?

classic ww always hits every 4 frames regardless of weapon speed ^^
